The Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC) is a city within city concept that transform the location of former Selangor Turf Club to a hub that contains modernized office buildings, hotels, retails, convention center, residential, recreational and infrastructure.

The famous Petronas Twin Towers were not in the initial planning, but later on was introduced in an open bid by international renowned architect Cesar Pelli.
